Each accepted paper is published as an individually citable entry in the proceedings, listed by track, with its own DOI landing page. Full-text PDFs are hosted on prasit.in and remain permanently accessible at no cost to readers.

Authors are encouraged to cite PRASIT 2027 papers in IEEE style. Example:

Authorship: All listed authors must have made a genuine intellectual contribution to the work. Honorary, gift, or ghost authorship is not permitted. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring all co-authors have approved the final submission and agree to its publication.

Originality: Submitted work must be original and must not be under review at any other conference or journal simultaneously. Duplicate submission — submitting the same paper to two venues at the same time — will result in immediate rejection from PRASIT and notification to the other venue if identified.

Data integrity: Fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting of data is a serious breach of ethics. Authors must be able to provide underlying data upon request. PRASIT reserves the right to retract published papers if post-publication misconduct is established.

All submissions undergo similarity screening using PRASIT's academic plagiarism detection tool. A similarity score above the permitted threshold may trigger additional examination — but the score alone does not decide the outcome. Decisions are based on the nature and source of the overlap, not on percentage alone: a paper with 16% similarity from properly cited sources and standard phrasing may pass, while a paper with 12% similarity copied verbatim from one uncited source may not.

A conflict of interest exists when a reviewer has a professional or personal relationship with an author that could affect their objectivity. The following situations constitute a COI and require a reviewer to recuse themselves:

Paper withdrawal before review: Authors may withdraw a submitted paper at any time before the review assignment is complete by writing to contact@prasit.in. No fee applies at this stage since registration is paid after acceptance.

Withdrawal after acceptance: If an accepted author withdraws after paying registration, the paper will be removed from the proceedings. Refund eligibility: full refund if withdrawn more than 30 days before the conference date; 50% refund within 15–30 days; no refund within 14 days of the conference.

Conference cancellation: In the event PRASIT 2027 is cancelled for reasons outside our control, registered participants will receive a full refund within 30 working days.

1. Data collected. When you submit a paper, register, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, institutional affiliation, and any information you voluntarily provide. Paper content is collected for the purpose of review and, if accepted, publication. Bank transfer/UPI payment confirmations are collected to verify registration.

2. Purpose. Data is collected solely to operate the conference: processing submissions, assigning reviewers, sending acceptance/rejection notifications, confirming registration, producing certificates, and publishing proceedings.

3. Legal basis. We process your data on the basis of your consent (given at submission/registration) and to perform the service you have requested (paper review, conference participation).

4. Data storage. Submission, review, and registration data is stored on the PRASIT Submission Portal (prasit-portal.vercel.app), hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.

5. Third-party processors. We use the PRASIT Submission Portal (hosting: Vercel) to manage submissions and registration, and CrossRef to register DOIs for accepted papers. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

6. Payment data. Registration is paid via bank transfer or UPI directly to PRASIT Technologies. We do not collect or store full bank account numbers or UPI PINs on our systems — payment confirmation (transaction reference/screenshot) is retained for reconciliation only.

7. Cookies. The main conference website (prasit.in) does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The submission portal uses only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in.

8. Analytics. We may use basic, privacy-respecting website analytics (e.g. aggregate page-visit counts) to understand site usage. This data is not linked to your submission or registration identity.

9. Retention. Submission and review data is retained for a minimum of 5 years for academic integrity purposes. Published proceedings (name, affiliation, paper title, abstract) are retained permanently as the academic record.

10. Data deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data — excluding already-published proceedings, which form the permanent academic record — by writing to contact@prasit.in.

11. User rights. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion as described above. Write to the contact below for any of these requests.

8. Certificates. Certificates of presentation are issued to registered authors who present their paper during the conference sessions. Certificates are not issued for accepted-but-unregistered or non-presenting papers.

9. Code of conduct. All participants — authors, reviewers, committee members, and attendees — are expected to engage respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior during sessions may result in removal from the conference without refund.

10. Liability. PRASIT is not liable for indirect losses arising from participation, including but not limited to travel, technical, or connectivity issues on the author's or attendee's end during online sessions.

11. Changes to the conference. PRASIT may need to adjust session timings, the video platform, or the programme schedule. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants by email in advance where possible.

12. Force majeure. PRASIT is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failure, etc.). In such cases, our cancellation refund terms apply.
